Why does this group exist?

No matter where you are in your career, it can get hard.  Oftentimes, there are more questions than answers.

We're here to help you get those questions answered in a safe and supportive space with actionable “how-tos.”  We call it getting "Windex Clear" and have an extra bottle handy if you need it.

Who is this for?

People who care about their careers and are ready to lean in. If you're ready to try something new, you've come to the right place.  

This group isn’t afraid to lend a helping hand whenever you need it the most... wherever you are within your career.

This is an active group where the conversations are real, they’re supportive, and the resources are plentiful.  If you’re ready to do the work, we’re ready to help you reach your goals and dreams while making heads or tails out of what you’re going through in your career.  Like anything worth doing, what you put into your membership, will be what you get out of it.
